IS XBOX TAKING OVER THE GAMING INDUSTRY??

Playstation had the crown of raw power and speed, but everything changed after the launch of the Xbox One X. It became a beast when it comes to raw power. It can handle true 4K resolution gaming, whereas Playstation 4 PRO only up scales a game to 4K resolution.
Here's a comparison of how it looks:

Lets talk about the specs for the Xbox One X and compare them to the PS4 PRO:-

  1. The Xbox has 8 Custom X86 Cores clocked at 2.3Ghz, whereas  the PS4 PRO has 8 Cores Custom AMD Jaguar clocked at 2.1Ghz.
  2. The Xbox One X crushes PS4 PRO when it comes to GPU     power having integrated AMD graphics with 6 Teraflops of    performance and the PS4 PRO having only 4.2 Teraflops of performance. 
  3. The Xbox One X has a 12 GB of GDDR5 RAM, whereas the    PS4 PRO has 8GB of GDDR5 RAM.

But all this power is of no use if there are no games to take advantage of it. Yes, there are 3rd party games, but majority of people choose a gaming console according to the amount of exclusives they have. This is where PS4 shines with Sony having abundance of 1st party games that are taking advantage of the PS4 PRO's power.
Though Microsoft has confirmed that now it will be focusing more on 1st party games. Lets see how that goes, we still have E3 2018 in June where all of the hard work for exclusives is going to come together.

But no matter what I say, we can't ignore the fact that if Microsoft starts giving 1st Party games more priority. Xbox can actually take over the gaming industry.

Apple recently announced its new MacBook Pro which has 2 varients i.e. 2 Thunderbolt and 4 Thunderbolt Model.
