Google recently announced the latest version of Android i.e., Android 12 with an entirely new design that they are calling Material You which features big buttons with shifting color functionality and smoother animations. Android 12 takes a bold move by shifting towards a big bold and more playful design without any fear. Material You design in Android 12 allows the OS to use color extraction protocol to lift design elements from the wallpaper that is being used meaning the colors of the entire system will change depending on the home/Lock Screen background. This functionality allows an easy and automatic way for a device to look unique. Pulling down the notification shade shows a whole new design with big round rectangles at the top panel and they operate similar to the previous quick tiles. Google launched its first Pixel smartphone in 2016 with the vision to have a better and smarter phone and now in 2021 Google has announced its Google Pixel 6 with its own custom silicon by the name of Tensor processor which would allow Google to display the power of their years of machine learning experience. Tensor is Google's biggest bet to gain popularity in the smartphone market and is centered around ML and AI-boosting TPU that will help in improving photos, videos, search, captioning, text-to-speech, and more. Even though the Tensor SoC might not launch at the same height as the iPhones, but can allow Google to become more competitive in the smartphone market. Google still hasn't revealed a lot about their SoC i.e. their CPU, GPU, modem, or any other major components.
