Image
Apple recently announced the new version of iOS coming to our iPhones this fall. iOS 13 brings a lot of new features to your iPhone. 1. Dark Mode: One of the most anticipated features of iOS 13 this year is Dark    Mode. Apple has done a flawless job in making Dark Mode. Since the entire background in apps goes black it puts less strain on our eyes. Apple has added some interesting features as well as scheduled Dark Mode meaning that Dark Mode can automatically turn on at sunset and turn off at sunrise. Apple has even made some custom wallpapers that automatically switches to dark whenever dark mode is turned on. All native Apple apps have the Dark mode in-built and Apple has even provided the developers with an API that they can use to make Dark Mode usable on their apps. 2. Photos: The all-new Photos app has also seen some new features. Along with the new Dark Mode. There is also a new Photos view that allows us to view photos according to Days, Months and Years. Vi

OPPO'S NEW IN-DISPLAY SELFIE CAMERA

Technology is booming at a rapid pace nowadays and a recent leap is the In-Display Fingerprint scanner, but Oppo has taken it one step further by introducing In-Display Selfie Camera, the company calls it USC ( Under Screen Camera). The technology behind it is also pretty complicated, but it is very interesting.  Basically, Oppo has created a custom build unit in which more light passes through the highly transparent region of the display. Oppo has done two things to make this work firstly they increased the size of the sensor and the aperture along with bigger pixel size. Secondly, Oppo has created a highly transparent material that allows the light to pass through the display.  During their press conference, Oppo said that their prototype uses 'zoning control' to dictate the pixels over the camera modules. This technology will allow them to make their camera to work with Portrait photos, Face unlock, and much more. According to me the main use of an unde

HUAWEI LAPTOPS DISCONTINUED

Image
Since the US trade ban on Huawei, things were already very bad but now they have gotten nothing but worse with all the US-based companies stopping their partnership with Huawei. Microsoft and Intel are one of them. Huawei just got into laptop business and the laptops that they have made themselves a pretty good competitor in the laptop world. Even though many people would argue that Huawei completely copies Apple in terms of design   Till now Huawei has launched 4 laptops and all of them are really good. But now because of the ban, Microsoft is no longer able to provide them with the Windows software and as we know it would be difficult to accept a laptop without Windows or MacOS. Now they might be able to use Linux or Ubuntu, but they are not as powerful as Windows or MacOS.  Huawei had to announce a new laptop named Huawei Matebook X Pro with some pretty good specs a 3000x2000 resolution, 100% SRGB, 8th Generation Intel i7 processor, Nvidia GeForce MX250 2GB GDDR5,

E3 is one of the biggest gaming conventions. But this year it wasn't as impressive as the last few years. Don't get me wrong E3 was great. But Square Enix, Xbox, and Nintendo are the only ones who got the best announcements. Some of the best E3 games this year were: 1. Cyberpunk 2077(16th April 2020): CD Project Red has been working on Cyberpunk 2077 for a very long time now. But now we finally have a release date and in Microsofts E3 presentation they dropped a big surprise that Keanu Reeves from John Wick is in the game. He may not be as a playable character but it is still big news. 2. Star War Jedi: Fallen Order (15th November 2019): Finally, after such a long wait, we were given a glimpse of the new Star Wars games and now during Xbox's E3 briefing we got to see some gameplay and it looked really good. From slowing down time to deflecting the attack from the StormTroopers everything was smooth. Moreover, the game looks really good.
